Tractors in the midwest seem soooo boring my comparison. Tractors, tuk-tuks (rickshaws), donkeys, jingle trucks from Pakistan - they all get brightly colored, elaborate paint jobs, often with images of flowers and birds.
If you think that's crazy, you haven't seen the dekotora trucks in Japan. Truck owners spend thousands of dollars modifying their trucks with chrome, lights, artwork, and virtually anything else you can stick on it. The result is a vehicle that looks like a cross between a pinball machine and a Las Vegas casino on wheels.
